The TrainerApp is an interactive tool that allows trainers to access their VETtrak bookings and class lists via a SmartPhone or iPad. As well as AVETMISS standard attendance the app will allow the trainer to communicate Assessments back to the training management system.
And YES, Exam.App is also planned for in-class assessment tasks!
Over the course of the next quarter JWGecko is releasing various stages of our Trainer App development. The first evolution will be a VETtrak only product and will require the RTO to have the Enrolment and Portals API. The development process is as follows:
- Website: Develop a working prototype - DONE!
- Website: Trainer Portal with Class list & Attendance Options - DONE!
- Website: Trainers Portal with Assessment options - DONE!

The process of developing an AppStore app with the requirements we have is reasonably complicated with so many options. Our preference is to provide an application that works on all Smart devices with and without VETtrak.
