Online Merchant Account: Contact your bank for further details on creating an Online Merchant Account.
Here are some sample questions the bank may need to know for the Secure Internet Site Declaration (SISD). These answers are provided to suit the JWGecko preffered gateway from Camtech and have been accumulated through the experience of many of our customers. If we have missed something then please let us know so we can upgrade them.
- The manufacturer or brand of the Internet server provider on which the transaction will be captured: Direct One (only applies if Camtech Hosted Payment Page Solution is chosen)
- Does your site support Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) based transactions from a browser, to the level of at least 128 bit or greater? Yes
- Do you immediately delete credit card details from the Internet Server? No
- Do you encrypt credit card details for storage? Yes
- Do you truncate credit card details for storage? Yes
- Do you operate a firewall that is regularly updated? Yes
- Do you have policies and procedures to keep credit card numbers secure and confidential? Yes
- Do you have intruder detection software and procedures to deal with a breach? Yes
Below is some additional information that your bank may require to be published on your website:
- Complete description of the goods or services offered
- Currency of transaction is Australian Dollars (AUD) only
- Delivery policy
- Consumer Data/Privacy policy
- Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details
- Disclosure of your country at the time of presenting payment options to the Cardholder
- Address of your permanent establishment (i.e. your trading street address)
- Customer service contact, including electronic mail address and telephone number
- Returned merchandise and refund policy
- Export or legal restriction(s), if applicable
- Country of your domicile is Australia
