Basic Commercial Enrolment Form

Once the project is underway you will need to confirm your enrolment form options. The options below are for a normal commercial enrolment with some additional options.

It is important to make ALL your modificaitons and changes to this form clear to your customer service representative before the work is commenced as extra costs and delays may result.

The Occurrence information is included, date, time, location and cost. Some of the options below may not be available in your selected product. Another form is provided where DET funding is used. Both forms and work flows maybe customised at extra cost. Some customisation may be included in your product price.

Enrolment Page 1

All the basic information is included on this page along with mandatory field completion. The 'Coupon' field is available in some products and allows for a promotional discount to be applied to a course booking. Another addition to this form is the Login and Password option. This is useful for when a student wants to log on to the information portal or eLearning portal.

Enrolment Page 2

This version of the form includes an option for the employer or the individual to be invoiced. Some of our products do not allow this option or you may not chose to use it.

Enrolment Page 3

This page includes options to discover how the student found your website. Your RTO's terms and conditions also need to be added here. Where credit cards are being accepted it is also important to have your terms of trace and refund policy available from the footer of the website.
