To speed up the Portals access for students this feature caches a subset of student data.

Publish student data to employer

When a student logs into the portal they see their own data and may edit certain fields as set in the implementation. When an employer logs in they see all their employees information.

Publish student data to staff

An RTO staff member may log on and access student data. Other options associated with this feature allow a trainer to view an Occurrence and review the list of students and print it. There is also an option to allow the Trainer to view their training diary and in the RTO Pro CMS product download training materials.

Publish student data to student

A student has a log on and password administered by the application that allows them to view their own information. There is an RTO option to allow student to update contact information.

Remember Student Details

This feature 'remembers' a student's last visit and allows them to book another course with the fields in the enrolment form pre-populated.
