We will do our best to answer questions here within the same business day! We understand that you business relies on our solutions and that if you have a question it is important and requires prompt action and with this page we will also be answering them at no charge.

How do I add a location map to my site?
If your VETtrak Online product includes the location portal, then a page will be created for each training location, and these will be linked to from the upcoming training pod and the enrolment form. The location page will attempt to display a map, but it does require a valid address. If you have addresses in your location's description field stored in VETtrak, this will be used. If not, you can log in to the site admin, edit the Location and add an address to the address field.
How do I add further information or HTML content to a programme?
You can add HTML content for a programme type or programme with the admin in your site. This content is not overwritten when data is updated from VETtrak. If there is no content for programme, then the description will be displayed instead. The description comes through from VETtrak. Ask a Question | Back to Top

What are friendly names?
When managing content within VETtrak you use a name for programme types and programmes. Often these are named for internal use. However on the website you may want to use an alternative name that is more relevant to your students. Within the admin for VETtrak Online, you can add a friendly name for a programme type or programme. This is then displayed on the site rather than the name from VETtrak. Ask a Question | Back to Top
Why does...
Why does the programme page sometimes show a calendar and sometimes a list?
The programme page will shows a calendar when there are 5 or more upcoming occurrences, and a list when there are less. This makes it more usable for the customer when say, the occurrences are less frequent, as they don't have to click through the calendar finding them.
Why doesn't my programme show on the site?
Check the preview of the data available from VETtrak - Use the Preview VETtrak data link in the site admin. If the programme is showing there, but doesn't come through when you Update from VETtrak, please raise an issue in the Support Portal. However, if it isn't showing there, you will need to ensure it is published for the web properly in VETtrak. Ask a Question | Back to Top
